Sebastian Smallshaw is a translator and writer working between English, German and Dutch.
His translation work ranges from books in the fields of musicology and theatre studies to literary texts by several contemporary Austrian writers including Elfriede Jelinek, Christian Loidl, Julian Schutting and Brigitte Schwaiger.
He won the ACF London Translation Prize in 2018 and is a contributor (in German) to the Profile book series of the Austrian Literature Museum. (2021)
