Jennifer Walter is a journalist living in Wisconsin. She writes and edits for Discover Magazine, a national publication covering science, where her favorite stories usually have something to do with video games, technology, or food.
She is also a forensics coach at a local high school, where she works with students to prepare performance pieces for speech competitions.
In 2019, she graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee with bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and German. A year before that, she studied for six months in Marburg, Germany.
Today, she enjoys gardening on her porch and making ‘zines’ – mini magazines about art and literature that she prints and binds by hand – as well as baking, reading books, and drinking too much coffee. (2020)
