Ulrike Draesner

Ulrike Draesner was born in Munich in 1962. She is the author of novels, stories, essays, translations and half-a-dozen volumes of poetry, including, most recently, Subsong (2014) and Nibelungen. Heimsuchung (2016). Among the many prizes she has received for her work are the Lyrikpreis Orphil (2016) and Nicolas-Born-Preis.    (2016)
