Arne Rautenberg was born in 1967 in Kiel, North
Germany, where he still lives, working as a freelance writer and artist.
In 2002 his first novel, Der Sperrmüllkönig (The Refuse King),
was published by Hoffman & Campe. He contributed poems, translations
and an Afterword to the bilingual collection of football haiku The
Season Sweetens / Die Saison Versüssend (The Caseroom Press, 2006).
His most recent book is vermeeren (Darling Publications, 2006),
a collection of 100 collages and 100 poems.
